Overview:

? Finish IP (In Production) test and draft internal report (in English) according to product test plan, and feed back the problem with TIR (Test Incident Report) just-in-time
根据产品测试计划，执行量产项目年度测试，出具内部英文测试报告，及时反馈过程中的测试失效问题
? Make operation manual of equipment, 整理收集设备原始说明书，创建并维护设备作业指导书
? Record on-site sample information and test data. 记录现场产品信息以及测试数据
? Finish DV (Design Validation), PV (Process Validation), verification test and provide internal record to test engineer according to time plan 根据测试计划时间表，完成DV设计验证，PV制程验证，及内部摸底验证测试。提供内部测试记录给测试工程师。


Principle Accountabilities:

? Prepare necessary equipment/bench/fixture of DV, PV, IP etc.准备必须的测试设备，功能测试平台，工装夹具
? Coordinate with supplier, define calibration technical requirements, and Finish calibration of gauge/meter/equipment。明确各类型设备及量具的校准技术需求，并协同校准服务提供商完成所有的设备校准。
? Response equipment/gauge problem to supervisor in-time, and coordinate equipment repair and maintenance. 及时反馈任何设备/工具故障给主管，并负责沟通协调处理设备维修以及维护保养。
? Product testing CI (Continuous Improvement) in co-operation with supervisor 协助主管进行产品测试的持续改善
? 5S of working area 工作区域5S
? Comply with company rule and lab management rule. 遵守公司规章制度以及实验室运营管理规则
? Test according to WI (Work Instruction), responsible for test method and result 依据作业指导书执行测试，并对测试手法及结果负责。


Education/Requirements:

? College or above, major in mechnical or electrical related. 大专及以上教育背景，机械或电子相关专业。
? 3 years above related experience 3年及以上相关工作经验
? Familiar with the responsible product specification, testing method and testing requirement, sunroof or motor related is plus. 熟悉产品规格，测试方法，以及测试需求, 汽车天窗或者马达相关的尤佳
? Familiar with structure, performance and operation of testing equipment/bench/rig. E.g. climatic chamber, vibration shaker and controller, corrosion test chamber, acoustic noise test equipment, anechoic room, oscilloscope, PLC etc. 熟悉测试设备工装夹具的结构性能及操作。例如环境试验箱，振动试验台及控制系统，盐雾腐蚀试验箱，声音采集设备，静音房, 静音房，示波器，PLC等。
? Familiar with major facility is plus, such as cooling water system, compressed air system, pure water system. 熟悉主要设施尤佳，如冷却水系统，压缩空气系统，纯水系统。
? Familiar with PDM (PRODUCT DATA MANAGEMENT) is plus, and finish test report in PDM 熟悉PDM系统尤佳。
? ISO17025 internal auditor is a plus.具备 ISO17025内审员资质尤佳。
