Job Responsibilities

1. Develop strategy plan and platform for promoting BGR HD therapy in the field of clinical support

l Have clear understanding on BGR HD’s business strategy, develop and implement action plans set to support business;

l Work closely with regional & national Medical Affaire to collect HD therapy information to support BGR HD therapy branding promotion; Work with marketing team to implement marketing & promotion strategies including organizing conferences, seminars, trainings for targeted groups for the purpose of introducing BGR HD therapy;

l Establish and maintain contact with key opinion leaders in nursing area, China medical and Nephrology society members, and key account medical staffs to influence the therapy selection and set up BGR HD branding awareness inside this group;

l Plan and direct in the development of new project/program in nursing area;

2. Lead clinical support Team to ensure the execution.

l Establish clinical programs within chosen customer hospitals, which including establishing practice guidelines with the customer, training the customers and working with the customer to measure outcomes.

l Share with nurse educators, clinicians, clinical specialists and sales team on the latest clinical updates, guidelines and any other new findings related to HD therapy;

l Ensure an effective knowledge orientation and training to sales team; Work closely in the field with sales team to ensure flawless execution of plans;

l Properly implement clinical policies and procedures;

l Be accountable for financial objectives set for the year.

Qualification Requirements

l Medical education background is preferred;

l Minimal 5 years of Clinical support management experience with a MNC company, 5 years nursing or clinical in the hospital; Sales or Marketing experience is an advantage;

l Must possess computer skill – Microsoft word, PowerPoint;

l Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to build up sound relationship with KOL and across different functional departments;

l Highly passionate, energetic, self-motivated and results oriented leader who can also motivate others and build teamwork to deal with people across all functions and levels;

l Creative problem solver who not only can identify issues but also presents solutions to the management and team;

l Some business acumen with ability to make decisions, set direction but also strong in following up on the execution part;

l Good command of English writing, Preferably speak fluent English.
