Responsibilities：
- Assistant of IT&S Director
Agenda follow-up, meetings and travels organization
IS&T Communication for Asia-Pacific (English and Chinese)
Workshops with US / French people around IT&S communication
Facilitate on-boarding of new comers by IT&S training sessions
Provide information around IT&S tools to Local IT and end-users
Contribute to DISIT.COM (IT&S Internal website) with French communication team

- Ambition Project: Coordination (Program assistant, Communication training)
Agenda follow-up, meetings and travels organization for program director
Contribute of the organization of Seminar and events for Ambition Program
Facilitate the visit in China of Ambition European Team for Ambition (visa, agenda, hotel, transport.)
Program Meeting organization and reservation (steering, project Asian business committees)
Follow up of room reservation and Visio reservations
Facilitate the on-boarding of new comers including IBM Team (Offices, IT tools, training)
Contribute in relation with European Communication Team of Ambition Program, the drafting of communication articles regularly in Open Space (internal website of Ambition)
Contribute to the proper scheduling and organization of SAP training in coordination with Local BU Team (HR/Training) and the Program Team

Qualifications：
Bachelor degree
Very good organization, strong communication skills
Excellent Multicultural & interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Chinese (Oral & Written)
Strong experience with Microsoft tools
