Job description

1. Responsible for all who entered the company office space .Then greeting, reception, registration, guidance on as a regular .
2. Keeping updating with Administration Dept in order to replenish regularly all the daily consumables in the Movimoda territory ;
3. Keep record for all the express parcels including clients offices and Movimoda. Contact with recipients and ask signatures once parcel picking .
4. To coordinate with Administration Dept and complete the job what had been arranged.
