职位描述

Position Purpose
Accountable for the planning and execution of an assigned growth strategy of the company. To assist and contribute to the development of a tactical marketing plan for a given segment of the business or consumer segment. Key customers include: CMO, Director, Managers, Business Research, Menu, Operations, Accounting Center, IS, Equipment, Legal and external agencies.

Principal Accountabilities
In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Tactical Execution
? Assist in the development and implementation of a growth platform strategy
? Work closely with CBI team to identify relevant consumer and business insights for a strategically well grounded marketing plan
? Lead the execution of all marketing activities in relation to the growth platform
? Accountable for developing a project timeline in conjunction with relevant agencies and insure timely execution
? Accountable for using budget allocated to specific program in the most cost effective way possible and always keeping project within budget
? Look for innovation in program execution from promotional tactic to graphic and creative approach
Business Building
? Execute detailed plan and calendar to expand sales and achieve the assigned sales revenue goal
? Work with CBI department to conduct any research necessary to validate promotional program design as well as to track program effectiveness
? Assist in the development of projections for promotional items
? Work with Finance department to continuously monitor and measure effectiveness of promotions
? Identify improvement opportunities during the process of executing marketing plan for a successful implementation of the Marketing plan and calendar
? Guide and monitor regional and local stores to execute the marketing plan with relevant activities while promoting products and services to enhance the brand image
? Tracking and evaluating marketing programs and feedback to Director
? Provide regular business review to Marketing Director and diagnose what’s working and what’s not working
Brand Building
? Ensure all marketing activities designed and implemented are uniquely own-able to McDonald’s
? Ensure consistent brand positioning, personality and tone of voice across all forms of marketing communications
Relationships
? Insure environment and gain consensus for the development of tactics from all relevant departments such as SCM, Operations, and Accounting
? Insure communication throughout marketing department of progress and gain approval of any changes in tactical approach
? Insure seamless communication with agencies and suppliers
? Establish a productive environment of partnership that encourages free exchange of ideas and innovations with the agencies

People/Team
? Provide on-going feedback to direct report for his/her continuous improvement
? Ensure all activities stay within given budget
