职位描述
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Oversee recruitment activities which includes developing job descriptions, completing recruitment requisitions, negotiating fee agreements with recruitment agencies, identifying low-cost and no-cost recruitment sources, conducting interviews, coordinating further interviews with hiring manager(s), extending offers and completing employment documentation such as contracts and offer letters.
2 Conduct new hire orientation and ensure that all new hires have required equipment and supplies on first day of employment.
3 Ensure local labor laws and practices are followed, and communicate legal changes, various initiatives or new trends to International HR Director and local management.
4 Maintain employee files, coordinate international monthly headcount report and ad hoc production of statistics as requested.
5 Monitor the processing of annual performance evaluations, annual bonuses, and renewal of employment contracts.
6 Perform varied administrative tasks such as tracking time off and creating contract change letters.
7 Assist with other projects as requested.
REQUIREMENTS
1 Bachelor degree with a major in business or equivalent educational background.
2 Must have at least 3 years generalist HR experience.
3 Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
4 Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
5 Highly developed interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills both oral and written.
6 Ability to prioritize work, make sound informed decisions, and work to ensure all targets are met within a heavy workload and pressurized environment.
7 Strong customer and delivery focus
8 Experience of leading HR projects
9 Must be extremely detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
10 Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision given that manager is based in another location.
