上海招聘

岗位职责：
1、全面负责公司人才招聘工作；
2、对招聘渠道实施规划、开发、维护、拓展，确保招聘渠道能有效满足公司的用人需求；
3、对应聘者进行初步面试，对拟录用人员进行待遇沟通，完成录用通知；
4、负责建立企业人才储备库；
5、调查各部门招聘需求，同时结合公司发展需要，协助部门负责人建立招聘体系；
6、完成HRD交办的其他人力资源相关工作。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，2年以上工作经验；
2、善用各种招聘渠道，有猎头、销售工作经验者优先；
3、积极主动，责任心强，工作踏实，有较好的抗压能力；
4、英语良好，可正常沟通、具有亲和力。
