Duties and Responsibilities:

--Taking responsibility for the daily operation performance of the bar.
--Working with the GM to ensure beverage quality and customer service. Also to look for constant improvements.
--Ensure customer service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
--Support the GM in training & development of the staff
--continually monitor beverage stock, and communicate any shortages to the GM.

Job Requirements
--Minimum experience in the position of 3 years in High quality western style restaurants.
--Work experience in American/western similar Style Bar/Restaurants is essential.
--Fluent in English and advanced Chinese.
--Passionate customer oriented and self-motivated candidates.
--Wide knowledge of Drinks & Wine and Development of the menu with seasonal updates.
--Managing the Beverage cost budget.
--Attends to details and keeps a positive attitude at all times.
--Outgoing, Friendly & Dynamic Personality.
