Equipment Engineer


JOB DESCRIPTION:
In this position, He will be reporting to engineering service group and support test floor equipment maintain. Detail responsibilities will include but not limited to:
? Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Maintains current records on equipment manufactures’ technical notices, upgrades and safety issues.
? Studies equipment performance and reliability. Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process.
? Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations.
? Defines and writes preventative maintenance schedules. Document maintain and operation process and BKM/KL.
? Lead excursion investigation team to quickly find root cause and get issue solved.
? Initiate efficiency improvement and cost reduction project

Qualification:
1. -You should have Junior college(大专) or bachelor（本科） degree.
Major in mechanical or electrical engineering.
2. - Strong capability of analyze & resolve machine issue and prepare report.
3. - Be actively to learn new skill.
4. - Good working attitude and good team work.
5. - Good interpersonal and communication skills.
6. - Good Oral and Written English skill.
7. - More than 3 years working experience on equipment maintain.
8. - Semiconductor equipment Maintain experience is preferred.
