职位描述 Job Descriptions：

？ 1. Responsible for part manufacturing process design and management, including process scheme creation, process document & instruction editing, programming of part manufacturing; responsible for jigs & fixtures design to meet production demanding

负责零件加工工艺的设计与管理，包括工艺方案的制定、工艺文件的编写及工艺规程的编制,零件程序的编写；负责生产现场所需工装夹具的设计

？ 2. Responsible for on-site control of implementation of process; provide technical guidance to related operators to ensure manufacturing process to reach requirements of parts

负责对现场工艺实施过程的控制，对相关人员进行技术指导，保证加工工艺方面达到产品要求

？ 3. Actively make technical breakthrough to improve process level and part quality, effectively low process cost; including support to reduce tooling cost

积极开展技术攻关，提高工艺水平，提高产品质量，有效地降低工艺成本，以及刀具成本

？ 4. Actively co-ordinate and handle the technical quality problems on-site, assist workshop to achieve part production operation targets; take part in the evaluation of no-qualified parts root-cause analysis and acceptance in conditions for these parts; provide correction plan and implementation of the plan etc.

及时协调处理生产现场出现的技术质量问题, 协助车间完成生产经营目标; 参与不合格品及让步接受品的审理、处理工作并提出整改措施

？ 5. Take part in the training and skill evaluation of operators; and get involved in all kinds of management system build-up and operation control

参与车间工人的业务培训和考核; 工作能力允许情况下参与公司各种管理体系建设及运行控制

任职资格 Qualifications Required：

？ 1. Mechanical engineer bachelor degree or above, 8 years above experience in mechanical manufacturing process area

机械及相关专业专科及以上学历; 8年及以上在机械加工企业从事机械加工工艺经验

？ 2. Skillful with SIEMENS control system

熟悉西门子控制系统

？ 3. Good communication skills, hard-working, open-minded, innovative and team player; have a good level of English skills in reading and writing etc.

良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力，能够吃苦耐劳、潜心钻研，思维活跃，有创新精神和良好的团队合作精神; 有一定的英语听说读写基础和能力

？ 4. Skillful in using UG, AUTOCAD, OFFICE software

熟练使用UG、AutoCAD、OFFICE等工具软件
