^{1.Lead the PEN/projects in accordance with the procedure MPE0401}

^{2.Create and manage the project planning in collaboration with Marketing/Customer}

^{3.Design new products according customer’s specification or marketing’s specifications.}

^{4.Lead DFMEA and PFMEA}

^{5.Realize the assembly drawing, the definition drawing and make sure by using the appropriate simulator (cosmos works, CST) the mechanical, and the electrical performance will meet the customer’s specifications.}

^{6.Calculate the product cost versus the quantity requested.}

^{7.Create TDS}

^{8.Create the definition in the technical database Audros.}

^{在技术数据库Audros中正确记录}

^{9.Create the compliant matrix}

^{10.Fill the laboratory book, and take charge of patents applications}

^{11.Report to the PEN supervisor or Project section manager the executive summary activity in his domain.}

^{定期向职能上级PEN主管或项目分部经理汇报工作总结}

^{12.Sustain the costing team if necessary.}

^{13.Support the ADI sales teams with periodic customer visits to better identify the customer needs}
