Purpose of the Role (Mission):
The Quality Manager shall be responsible for the managing of all quality activities, setting the quality goals of the company and ensuring the quality level of the products meet customer requirement.
1. Take the lead to maintain quality and environmental management system to fulfil ISO/TS16949 and ISO14000 requirements & coordinate internal & external audits, etc, and act as the Management Representative to ensure the requirement of ISO and Radiall's quality specifications are implemented and maintained.
2. Supervise QA team to prepare & maintain control plan & Workmanship standards, deal with process quality issue & continuous improvement, handle customer complaint, interpret customer quality standard to the internal & conduct the training to IPQC/FQC, improve the problem solving skill of QA team and foster the culture of resolving the problem on site, etc;
3. Report to top management the quality KPI performance on a monthly basis, come up with the improvement plan & coordinate a meeting to conclude the action items with the related process owners. Follow up on those corrective actions to make sure they are closed in a timely manner.
4. Set department direction in alignment with company vision & the directions from management;

Qualifications:
1. University degree graduation in either quality engineering, electronic or mechanical engineering discipline;
2. Good personality and teamwork; Independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure;
3. At least 6 years relevant experience in quality control environment, and 3 years in managerial level;
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
5. Good knowledge in both ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001, sound experience in quality system audit, appraisal, and trouble shooting;
6. Good self-studying capability and hands-on experience at lean manufacturing implementation and problem solving on manufacturing floor.
