Human Resource adminstration Manager
Task: Managing of the Human Resource Department
Precondition
-University graduate in HR Management or related discipline
-At least 8 years relevant experience in HR, at least 5 years at management level in similar manufacturing company.
-Familiar with all HR functional processes and tools, well versed in governmental rules & labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good English communication skill, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement and maintain effective best practices in
- Recruitment and Selection systems,
- Compensation and Rewards,
- Training and Development,
-Performance management establish and act;
- Health and Safety programs.
-Be reponsible for adminstration management
Develop a Communication Strategy that supports the business objectives and provides for open and effective communication across all functions and levels of the organization.

Effectively implement the Organization Review process. Work with management to identify High Potential employees and formulate a succession plan for key positions.

条件：
本科以上人力资源管理专业
至少八年以上人力资源经理工作经验，至少五年以上制造类工厂人力资源经理管理经验。
熟悉所有人力资源模块的流程和工具以及国家的法律法规。

- 精通办公软件操作(Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
