?Manage PR Agency

-Manage agency activities & retainer fees

-Align category support levels for each category

-Support CPM to manage project based events

-Prioritize agency project support and split when required

-Ensure delivery quality of media contents



?Drive brand visibility

-Create Topics/riding on social interests

-Coordinate product reviews & rewards

-Draft PR release base on CPM communications

-Corporate PR news & executive interviews

-Monthly PR report (including competitor tracking)

-Run cross category PR events



?Maintain great media relationship

-Annual Media Scene Review

-Build relationship with lifestyle and IT media

-Answer FAQ and enqueries

-Invite and entertain media guests at corporate Events

-Key contact with media



?Liase with global PR team

Contributing to the following:

?Campaign Specific PR idea

?Campaign specific PR spend recommendation to brand team (if any)

?Support brand team to brief PR agency (first brief + key review) when required.
