Responsibilities:
- Responsible for technical procurement, including equipment, direct and indirect materials related to production;
- Identify, assess and select suppliers in line with company expectation on quality, cost, delivery time, productivity, flexibility and services.
- Responsible for RFQ, Sample and pilot run and following up to pursue program milestone.
- Negotiate with the supplier to ensure goods procurement with best quality, delivery and cost.
- Manage performance of supplier in terms of price, quality and service. Aggressively drive the supplier qualification process.
- Manage supplier master data including updating price, delivery time, credit and contact information, etc..
- Develop long-term partnership with strategic suppliers, negotiate the best price for the company.
- Assigned commodities market trend and technology trend analysis, supplier capability, capacity and material availability analysis.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree with major of mechanical, industrial, mechatronics engineer or other related majors;
- 3~5 year’s relevant working experience in direct material sourcing and supplier management;
- 2+ years working experience in mechanical components preferred;
- With solid knowledge on the manufacturing process and cost analysis as well as supply market analysis;
- High level of integrity and ethics;
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good team player, hard working, carefulness and accountability;
- Can work under pressure with minimum supervision;
- Good spoken and written English;
