职位描述
岗位职责:
1、执行并完善公司的人事制度与计划,培训与发展,绩效评估,员工社会保障福利等方面的管理工作;
2、组织并协助各部门进行培训和绩效考核等工作;
3、执行并完善员工入职、转正、异动、离职等相关政策及流程
4、根据业务发展需求,协助制定人力资源编制和招聘计划;
5、根据公司业务发展情况,做好工作分析,进行人力资源优化配置;
6、参与招聘体系的建设及相关人力资源优化、创新项目;
7、能够快速招聘到公司所需的人才。
8、按公司流程协助处理其他人力资源相关工作。
任职要求
1、人力资源管理、行政管理、中文、文秘、汉语言文学及相关专业大专以上学历;
2、从事人力资源工作1年以上,具备hr专业知识;
3、具有良好的书面、口头表达能力,具有亲和力和服务意识,沟通领悟能力强;
4、熟练使用常用办公软件及相关人事管理软件;
5、了解国家各项劳动人事法规政策;
6、吃苦耐劳,工作细致认真,原则性强,有良好的执行力及职业素养;
7、有强烈的责任感和敬业精神,公平公正、做事严谨,能承受较大的工作压力。
Job responsibilities:
1, implement and improve the company's personnel system and plan, training and development, performance evaluation, employee social security benefits and other aspects of management;
2, organize and assist department training and performance evaluation work;
3, implement and improve the staff induction, positive, turnover, turnover and other relevant policies and procedures
4, according to the business development needs, assist to develop human resources preparation and recruitment plan;
5, according to the development of company business, job analysis, human resource allocation optimization;
6, to participate in the construction of recruiting system and related human resource optimization, innovation project;
7, can quickly to recruit the talent needed by the company.
8, according to the company procedures to assist in dealing with other human resources related work.
Job requirements
1, human resources management, administration, English, secretarial, Chinese language and literature and related professional college education;
2, in the human resources work 1 years above, have the HR professional knowledge;
3, have good written and oral communication ability, affinity and sense of service, communication and comprehension ability;
4, skilled use of common office software and related personnel management software;
5, understand the national labor policy;
6, hard-working, serious and meticulous work, principle strong, have good execution and professionalism;
7, there is a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, fairness and justice, rigorous work, can work under pressure.
