Responsibilities:
1. Punch process and tooling design;
2. Heat bonding process and tooling design;
3. Assembly process and tooling design;
4. Packaging solution;
5. ERP BOM & Routing Setup and Update;
6. Manage relative process training;
7. Drive improvements in processes to enhance productivity, cost effective production and quality;
8. Drive Process innovation;
9. Drive in failure analysis and problem solving as needed;
10. Provide technical and other engineering assistance in a constructive and timely fashion to the Operations group whenever needed;
11. Plan and execute projects targeted towards support and development of new customers, existing customers as well as new products with new and existing customers;
12. Prepare regular Reports according to requirement;
13. Monitoring and improving tool, process, method to high level 5S, Safety, ISO/TS, in order to keep Production Efficiency/OEE a good trend;
14. New process and method development during new project development and engineering change, in order to reach customer’s value through innovation. Work together with quotation team in production costing, including packaging solution;
15. Creating and updating PFMEA, PPAP, CP, WI, Records, getting excellent performance in customers’ audit. Keeping CPK, PPK moving upwards;
16. Assigned work from superior.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree majored in Engineering, prefer mechanical engineering;
2. At least five years of process engineer or Industrial Engineer experience in assembly and assembly tooling design, better have assembly automation experience;
3. Knowledge of machining process;
3. Good computer skills, including Auto-CAD;
4. Six Sigma & LEAN manufacturing knowledge: DOE, FLOW CHART, FMEA, POKA YOKE, etc.;
5. Familiar with ISO/TS quality system regarding process control;
6. Hands on style and result driven;
7. Good in written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English;
8. Good teamwork player.
