职位描述
工作职责：
1.建立与大多数重要最终用户之间紧密的商业合作关系；
2.分析并判断相关客户的需求，确保重要客户的开发和维护；
3.建立公司最终用户与设备制造商之间的关系构架；
4.用传感器解决方案的认知给客户提供支持；
5.对公司和产品的推广和介绍；
6.研究制定进入最终用户供应商列表的策略；
7.项目信息管理，相应价格策略的拟定等；
8.与威格勒总部紧密合作。
职位要求：
1.具有本科学士及以上相关电子等专业学历，1年以上营销管理工作经验；
2.极强的谈判和推广能力；
3.熟练的文稿编辑能力；
4.高效的分析及了解客户需求能力；
5.优秀的英语听说读写能力。

Responsibilites:
-establishes a strong and lasting business relationship to the most important end customers(accounts);
-analyzes and determines needs of the accounts to ensure first class customer care and service;
-represents link between company,end customer and OEM;
-support the customers by technical knowledge about sensor solutions;
-product and company presentations;
-developes strategies to get listet in the end customers specifications;
-management of project informations,pricing strategies etc.
-close collaboration with the wenglor headquarter.
Skills:
-bachelor's degree in engineering,business mangement and related work experience;
-excellent negotiation and presentation skills;
-effective verbal and written communication skills;
-ability to analyze and understand the customers needs;
-good written and spoken English.
