Responsibilities:
? Help South China Network to foster and cultivate a mutual respected working environment by defining and implementing an open communication process and result oriented high performance management system;
? Support to build and drive an effective process to ensure the timely acquisition of high quality talents and stability of well trained shop floor working force;
? Help to Facilitate and drive people process of overall South China organizations to build a solid leadership pipe for the sustainable growth of site;
? Help to enhance effective HR policies and processes in staffing, C&B, training &development, and employee relation aspects , with clearly defined competitive KPI, to validate strong HR support to site operations;
? Provide guidance and support to sites leadership or other HR prefessionals on all employee related issues of legal, labor union and employee grievance etc.
? Present to the community and maintain positive relations with local governmental authorities so we maintain our good citizenship status as needed.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree or above in BA or related
? Minimum 5 years HR professional working experience with 2 years in HR leadership role in an operation environment
? May identify critical initiatives in complex HR areas and lead the implementation by balancing needs from perspectives of both employees and business
? Excellent communication skills , may interface effectively with all levels of employees in the site
? Fundamental knowledge of DPS and in depth understanding of M&B application in work force of operational environment
? Outstanding ability in persuading an influence team members in achieving alignment on critical HR initiatives
? Mobility for working location in South China will be strongly preferred.
