职位描述
-For our Energy Management Division in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a HR specialist(人力资源专员).
What are my responsibilities?
1.Implement Compensation & Benefits activities in an accurate and timely manner as a team player:
-Handle payroll, social benefits, payments, prepare analysis and reports;
-Calculate bonus payout for all employees;
-Update and coordinate employees’ insurance;
-Compensation and benefits procedures and records administration
- Analyze and administer staff attendance & leave records;
- Deliver any reports required regarding people cost, headcount, master data, etc.,
2.Responsible for the training planning, implementation, tracking and feedback. Ensure the training quality.
-Calculate the training cost and control the cost in the reasonable range
-make up and Implement training plan
-make and archive the training record
-give feedback to managers, CEO & CFO by ppt or other format.
3.Maintain and update the HR information system , keep all system information and data up-to-date and accurate.
4.In charge of the coordination of contract termination and renew, probation assessment, give and collect the revelant forms to managers, follow up this process with the employees and managers.
5According to company policy and strategy, make corresponding artificial cost budget ,
6.Any other tasks assigned.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor degree and above;
- Minimum 3 years experience as HR Specialist in MNC, prefer with C&B working experience;
- Result oriented, customer focused and a good team player;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, good time management skills;
- A quick learner, hands-on experience with HR data system;
- Well versed in PRC Labor Law and Ordinance;
- Good command of English both in written and spoken.
