Key Responsibilities

? Delivery of analytic projects assuring they are completed within resource budget/time and to brief specification
? Ensure a high level of visibility on the client site/with client team to gain context on business problems and build key relationships
? Work closely with Insight Directors, Senior Analysts, and clients to ensure sound knowledge of client needs
? Proactively manage delivery of project to client with Client Leadership/Analyst Directors/Senior Analysts by communicating progress, challenging the brief and presenting results
? Develop strong understanding of customer behaviour and translate this into concrete recommendations
? Hands on delivery of analytical projects using the most appropriate delivery tools – SAS, SQL, Excel, and specific dunnhumby internal tools
? Ensure the highest quality of work going to our clients, by QA of own code and that of team members
? Ensure best practice processes are followed by collaborating with other analytical capabilities within the business
? Proactively manage the development of best practice and knowledge management, and champion the capture and sharing of knowledge
