职位描述：

- 3年以上在制造业或者工业领域客户发展经验

- 有能力在上海周边（2小时车程）拓展客户渠道，并维护现有客户关系。能时常驻地拜访客户

- 能够熟悉一定的工业维修品（给与一定的培训）

- 能够英语会话，与美国技术及管理层时常保持沟通

职位要求：

- 本科以上，市场方向等相关专业

- 有一定的英文会话和书写能力

- 积极主动，有进取精神，自我管理能力，愿意学习，能够在快速发展的环境中适应并工作

- 在工业行业以及制造业有一定关系基础者优先

- 对有能力学习并了解工业维修者优先。维修包括交直流控制系统，驱动，交直流电机，伺服电机，各种控制设备，工业电源，编码器，解码器，工业安全设备光幕，PLC，LCD, CRT显示屏维修等等

Business Development Associate Requirements

- Must have at least 2-3 years business development experience in manufacturing industry or related environment;

- Will be required to commute/travel to develop new business around Shanghai area ( 2 hour drive radius from Shanghai)

- Understand Chinese business customs/etiquette and be able to adapt to the local business settings

- Have the ability to learn various industrial repairs and have an understanding of industrial repairs is beneficial but not essential. The variety includes AC and DC motor controls (drives), AC and DC motors, servo motors, process controls, temperature controls, industrial power supplies, pressure transducers, encoders and resolvers, industrial safety equipment (light curtains and safety chains), PLC’s, LCD and CRT monitors, etc;

- Must be fluent in English and Chinese, able to conduct conversations in both with customers’ management teams, 3^rd party vendors and parts suppliers;

- Will be required to communicate effectively in English and Chinese with ACT USA technical support, both verbally and in writing.

- The person needs to be open-minded, pro-active, self-disciplined, willing to learn and be able to fit into a fast pace and growing work environment
