Position Summary
Reporting to the GC Sales Director - STB, and this individual will have responsibility for all sales activities for the assigned customers. This will include account strategic planning, customer relationship management, demand analysis and management, business development, key projects management, new product promotion, competitive analysis and positioning, etc. The individual is responsible to develop new customer in the region as well. The individual will have the responsibility to sell all Entropic products, and focus on the STB products. The individual will also support the marketing team to develop and maintain relationship with local MSOs.

Job Description and Responsibilities
- Build up key account strategies and sales plan aim an aggressive growth of business and design win in the assigned customers.
- Take the leadership for key account business development; grasp new opportunities, working closely with marketing team and DI team to make the design win.
- Account demand analysis and management. Orchestrate and working closely with customers, marketing team and distributions partners towards the attainment of business goals.
- Develop and manage relationship with both customers and local MSOs to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Working closely with program manager and DI (design in) team to make sure success of the key projects.
- The individual is also responsible to develop new customers in the responsible region to expand customer coverage.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams including DI, marketing, customer service, 3rd parties, distribution partners, etc. to ensure the high working efficiency of the team.
- Conduct market research and analysis, intelligence analysis on a regular base, and provide basis information to help account decision-making.
- Travel as necessary

Position Requirements/Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher education in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

Experience: More than five years' STB or consumer electronics sales and marketing related progressive experience. More than two years' MSO related project management experience is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Candidates should have strong team work spirits, who will need to coordinate and work closely with internal and external teams effectively.
- Candidates will have a track-record of success account management experience in selling STB or consumer electronic SoC. Candidates who has good relationships with OEMs, local MSOs will be preferred.
- The position requires excellent communication skills both in oral and written, including experience in making effective presentations to customers and managements, good demonstration lectures.
- The qualified candidate will have the ability to supervise, prioritize and control the progress of key customer projects.
- Candidate will be result-oriented, and drive strongly the key activities towards desired outcome.
- Candidate should be sensitive to the consumer industry dynamics, and able to manage the customer forecast properly.
- We're seeking candidates who have a high-performance orientation, commitment to continuous improvement, excellent follow-through and are strategic but is capable and willing to roll up his/her sleeves.
- Candidates must have strong Excel, WORD and PowerPoint skills and experience.
- Candidates must be fluent in English language both in oral and written.
