职位描述
Job Responsibility:
1. Handle and organize the job of CAE NVH team taking complete technical responsibility of the teamwork.
2. Follow-up the team assuring that the NVH CAE virtual models are compliant with the company and/or customer required quality standards, including the modelling (i.e. mesh modelling, multi body modelling, etc...).
3. Follow-up the team assuring, within the limit and approximations of the used numerical method, that the NVH CAE virtual models are representative of the physical problem
4. Put in action methods and strategies in order to keep the NVH CAE models up to date in terms of BOM and CAD data release
5.Prepare presentations of the jobs done according with company and/or customer standards
6.Help the Group leader with economical and customer relation project activities.
7. Assure that assigned work package use defined work directives and guidelines
8. Provide information to the Group leader on status of the assigned task
9. As request by group leader, participating in customer technical meetings & design review events as required
10. Problem solving capability on specific NVH CAE issues, using own technical background and/or retrieving, organizing and selecting the resources and tools necessary to solve the problem.
11.Using engineering judgement to support the design team in the product development phases, giving proposals and solutions supported by the evidence of the NVH CAE analysis results.
12.On request of the group leader and or department management show and explain the conditions and the results of the virtual tests during meetings, internally and with the customer.
Qualification:
1) Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or related major
2) > 8 years of experience as CAE NVH engineer last 3 years as coordinator of a team
3) Familiar with overall vehicle development process
4) Excellent knowledge of the continuum mechanics and vibration theory.
5) Excellent knowledge of the properties and behavior of the structural materials, metals, plastics, composites etc ...
6) Excellent knowledge of the NVH analysis with Finite Element Method (FEM) and other computational numerical statistics methods (i.e. SEA)
7) Good planning and organizational skills
8) Good communication and coordination skill
9) Honest, self-motivated, independent, performance driven, innovative, work under pressure
10) Fluent in English both oral and written
11) Good in MS office; excellent presentation skill
12) Excellent in NASTRAN for NVH analysis pre-post processing
