职位描述
Job Responsibility:
> Handle and organize the work activities related to a specific CAE load cases, taking complete technical responsibility of the task with Problem solving capability retrieving, organizing and selecting the info necessary to solve the problem independently.
> Follow-up the tasks assuring that the Crash/Safety CAE virtual models are compliant with the company and/or customer required quality standards, including the modelling (i.e. mesh modelling, multi body modelling, etc...).
> Follow-up the task assuring, within the limit and approximations of the used numerical method, that the Crash/Safety CAE virtual models are representative of the physical problem
> Put in action methods and strategies in order to keep the Crash/Safety CAE models up to date in terms of BOM and CAD data release
> On request of the group leader and or department management show and explain the conditions and the results of the virtual tests during meetings, internally and with the customer.
> Prepare presentations of the jobs done according with company and/or customer standards as request from Lead engineer/Group leader.
> Able to realize complex engineering activities with independence and full technical responsibility according with the request of the Lead engineer or group leader.
> Assure task assigned use defined work directives and guidelines
> Provide information to the Lead Engineer on status of the assigned task.
Qualification:
1) Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or related major
2) 4 years of experience as Crash/Safety engineer
3) At least 1 years working on activities related to occupant safety with complex FE dummies model and Restraint System Model within the Full Vehicle.
4) Familiar with overall vehicle development process.
5) Good knowledge of the continuum mechanics.
6) Good knowledge of the properties and behavior of the structural materials, metals, plastics, composites etc ...
7) Good knowledge of the Crash/Safety analysis with Finite Element Method (FEM)
8) Honest, self-motivated, independent, performance driven, innovative, work under pressure
9) Fluent in English both oral and written
10) Good Knowlege of the Safety Restraint System for the occupant protection .
11) Good in MS office; excellent presentation skill
12) Good in the use of the LS Dyna Software for Crash/Safety analysis. OtherSimilar Software knowlege such as Radioss will be considere as preferential
