Role/Responsibilities:

·Assist Account team to handle project and coordinate internal process

·Assist Regional team to collect and share information in global/regional level

·Monitor and collect all marketing intelligence of competitive brands & consumer trends

·Provide admin support by tracking all paperwork and organizing meetings

·Prepare and issue timely and accurate status reports & conference reports

·Manage and track all finances, invoices and billing


Professional Requirement & Skills:

·High sense of responsibility

·Organized, and pay attention to details

·Ability to stay calm in stressful situations

·Passionate to Advertising industry and eager to learn

·Good interpersonal communication skill

·English: TEM-4 or CET-6
