Key tasks:

1. Work with BU leaders to develop effective annual and quarterly promotion plan in line with BU strategy to meet sales target

2. Offer category management solution for large accounts in different line of business with special focus on retail In Store Bakery

3. Work with BU leaders to develop and implement 360 degree solution template for customers (end product proposal, pricing, positioning, packaging etc.)

4. Work with BU leaders to develop to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of seminars (in line with business strategy with sales return)

Requirements:

Becholor or above perferably in marketing

At least 3 years in trade- marketing prefarably both in b-t-c and b-t-b food industry related business.

Good command of MS office esp. power point and excel. Good presentation skill and customer marketing skill.

Good command of English, both written and spoken, fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin

Good interpersonal skill and willing to travel
