Job Responsibilities:
- Physically correct sizing of Turbochargers maintaining economical aspects (e.g. Reduction of Variants) in coordination with the simulation department in Germany
- Communicate with customer to get order and forecast and update in SAP system regularly
- Communicate with production to fix production plan to ensure on time delivery to customer
- Make delivery plan for customer
- Make material requirement planning based on customer order/forecast or production plan
- Make daily supplier delivery planning regularly
- Overlapping planning for localization materials
- Communicate with supplier to improve supply bottleneck situation
- Communicate with production line for daily production monitoring
- Minimize premium freight coming from improper material planning
- Ensure on-time delivery of raw materials and no line down in production.
- Make Inventory forecast and control finish goods and raw material inventory
- Implement BPS projects for customers and local suppliers

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Fluent Chinese, English skills is preferred
- 5 years related working experience ,plus 2 years management experience in manufacturing industry
- Familiar with customer order planning and material planning
- Basic understanding of lean production and logistics.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and leadership

BMTS was founded in May 2008 and is 50:50 joint venture between Robert Bosch GmbH and MAHLE GmbH. With its headquarters in Stuttgart & production plant in Blaichach of Germany and St. Michael of Austria, it has started production in China as of 2014. Till 2014, global total employee will reach to 570. Company target: Development and production of exhaust gas turbochargers for gasoline and diesel applications.
   Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a fully owned subsidiary of BMTS GmbH, with its headquarters in Shanghai. Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems (BMTS) has founded a wholly owned subsidiary in China, responding to the continued market growth of turbocharged gasoline engines in the country.The headquarters of the company, which is operating under the name Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems (Shanghai). Initially, mainly turbochargers for gasoline engines with swept volumes ranging from 1 to 1.5 liters will be produced for the local Chinese market in a new building comprising 5,000 square meters.　The installed production capacity is reported to amount to more than 2 million turbochargers per year, the start of series production scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2014.
