Report to: Department Manager/部门主管

Job Description/工作职责

·Prepare relative documents to complete import-export of material and equipment declaration.

·准备相关文件，完成进出口物料，设备的清关工作

·Inland sales business application.

·内销等海关相关业务

·Communicate with vendors and purchasing team for shipment process

·与供应商和采购部进行出口协调事宜

·Coordinate with customs for import & export product inspection and declaration.

·协助海关办理进出口货物的查验，结关等事宜

·Coordinate with customs broker, agent and forwarder to complete customs and CIQ process.

·配合报关行，货贷以及代理公司完成海关商检的相关工作

·Maintain good relationship with customs and CIQ department.

·维持好海关和商检部门的关系

·Other tasks assigned by Department Manager.

·其他由部门经理交代的工作

Profile requirements & qualifications/应聘条件与资格

·College and above, English level will be a plus.

·大专以上学历，会读写英文优先

·Have customs clearance certificate with more than 2 years of experience in Pudong Shanghai Free Trade Zone.

·取得报关员资格证书，在上海浦东自贸区拥有两年以上的相关工作经验

·Familiar with BLP and FTZ declaration process.

·熟悉物流园区和保税区的清关操作流程

·Attention to details with full integrity.

·做事专心细致和诚实

·Proactive with good problem solving skills.
