业务拓展/销售经理
作为资深的家具公司,我们为客户提供高端办公家具解决方案,客户群体以跨国企业和国内大企业为主。
主要职责:
1、紧密配合总经理策划及制作方案给潜在客户,并完成销售指标;
2、为所有已成交客户提供售后服务并跟进,签订新订单;
3、负责招募和发展新的经销商;
4、建立并维护与室内设计师、项目的关键参与者及主要决策者间的友好关系;
5、协助售后收集售后反馈资料。
学历要求及经验:
1、大学本科学历;
2、3年以上高端办公家具销售和市场营销经验;
3、与跨国企业和本地大企业有良好人际关系;
4、与家具行业及室内设计师有良好人际关系。
个人素质要求:
外貌形象气质佳、积极主动、自信、良好的沟通技巧。
技能要求:
熟练运用中文、英文,听、说、读、写能力强;
良好的演讲技能;
精通PPT制作;
良好的谈判技能。
薪资:
基本工资+佣金
Sales& Business Development Manager
We are an established company providing high-end office furniture solutions to corporate clients. Most of our clients are MNCS and large local enterprises.
Key Responisbilities
1. Works closely with General Manager to plan and deliver presentations for prospective clients and close sales to reach sales targets.
2. Has ownership for all pre-sale customers service processes and follow up to ensure repeat business.
3. Recruits and develops dealers.
4. Establishes and maintains relationships with interior designers, key industry players and key decision-makers in client companies.
5. Assists with post-sales A/R collection
Knowledge & Experience
1. University Graduate
2. Minimum 3 years of China sales & marketing experience with a high-end office furniture brand .
3. Good contacts with MNCS and big local enterprises
4. Good contacts within the furniture and interior designer industry.
Personal Qualities
Presentable, proactive, confident, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Skills
1. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
2. Excellent presentation skills
3. Good PPT skills
4. Strong negotiation skill
Salary:
Basic salary plus commission
