项目经理

主要职责：

1、合同签订前协调销售测量场地，准确反映现场尺寸及特殊情况标注；

2、审核报价清单和合同，确保合同准确无误；

3、标注工程图纸，确保安装准确，顺利；

4、参与大型工程协调，掌握工程动向与客户及时沟通；

5、送货前确定场地和电梯，保证送货过程的顺利进行；

6、场地管理，协调并巡查工程质量，确保安装符合要求工人现场的行为规范；

7、协助客服清点重组货品，并管理大型重组准确不出问题；

8、协调销售员解决工程难题，尽可能满足要求

经验要求：

1、两年以上工程管理经验（有办公家具工程管理经验者优先）；

2、善于人际交流及沟通，良好的组织协调能力；

3、熟悉并能使用各种常用测量器具;

个人素质要求：

责任心强、积极主动、良好的沟通技巧和协调能力。

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Project site measurement and get feedback of the site situation to sales;

2. Confirm the quotation and contract before sent out to ensure no errors;

3. Double check drawings to make installation going correctly and smoothly;

4. Assist in large-scale projects and communicate with customers timely;

5. Make sure everything on site is ready for delivery;

6. On site management ,quality control and installation;

7. Coordinate with service staff to ensure the quantity and quality;

8. Assist Sales solving projects problems to meet customer’s requirements.

Knowledge & Experience

1. Minimum 2 years of project management experience (Office furniture management experience preferred).

2. Strong negotiation skill and coordination skills;

3. Know well and good user of kinds of measurement tools

Strong sense of responsibilities, proactive, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
