岗位职责：
l 解答客户使用软件过程中遇到的问题
l 及时收集整理客户要求
l 负责公司产品及资料收发整理，编写宣传相关资料
岗位要求：
l 本科以上学历，财会专业（非财务或会计专业不考虑），有会计师事务所工作经验的优先考虑
l 普通话流利，善于与其他人沟通
l 了解计算机软硬件知识，对计算机及应用软件有较强的问题判断能力，了解MicrosoftWindows98/2000/XP了解数据库相关知识
l 条理性、学习能力强，能进行技术、宣传资料的编写、整理
l 对待工作踏实恳干、热情认真，有责任感，有较强团队意识，个人的协调能力高
