Responsibiles:

1,Responsbile for major project and important improvement.

2,Responsible for establish and maintenance process Document,such as SOP and other engineering documents/design and order fixture/optimize and finalize machine setting and line layout.

3,work with R&D and New product Engineer for New product launch ,such as line set up /Operator training /pilot run and report SPVR.

4,Continue process improving such as manufacture /equipment & fixture /line layout etc.and feedback to R&D for product design improving.

5,Objective of establish ,maintain and improve mfg. engineering process within company proedure.

6,Verify and feedback comments of design and sample building.

Requirements:

1,Bachelor or equivalent degree at least.

2,over 5 years of battery pack/electronics experience.

3,Thinking and keeping improve ability,communication ability.

4,Plastic welding or low pressure molding capability will be prefer.
