内部审计工作
1）按照公司经济工作重点，协助审计主管，收集资料，及时完成月度、季度、年度审计工作计划的编制工作；
2）在审计主管的领导下，依照内部审计准则执行对公司及所属企业的财务预算、财务管理以及经济运行质量等有关经济活动的真实性、合法性、合理性和效益性进行审计、监督和评价；
3）协助审计主管，做好建设工程预决算审计工作；包括施工现场监督，工程合同评审，审价报告的质量控制，参与施工单位、监理单位的沟通过程，核写项目审计底稿；
4）协助审计主管，完成对公司及所属企业法定代表人及经营者，实施经济责任审计和离任审计的工作；
5）协助审计主管，完成审计现场工作，按照内部审计准则的要求编制审计工作底稿，发现审计问题及时与审计主管沟通；审计工作结束后，协助审计主管及时完成工作底稿和审计报告的归档工作，以规范审计流程、规避审计风险
6）在审计主管的安排下，及时完成上海汽车审计室组织的各项内部审计工作，接受上海汽车审计室的指导和监督
7）协助审计主管完成上级交办或其他部门委托的其他审计工作；

内部控制制度评价
1）按照国家有关规定，协助审计主管完善公司的内部控制制度体系，并按照上海汽车审计室及公司审计计划的安排，定期对内部控制制度的合理性、执行的有效性进行审计、监督和评价；
2）在审计主管的指导下，对于内部控制执行情况提出改善经营管理和完善控制制度的建议，并收集各单位及部门的的整改反馈，及时有效地对整改情况进行跟进；
