Main responsibilities:

1. Leads the logistics planning management for HFCS exporting to countries of South Asia.
   
2. Works with logistics & CS team to design/delivery of new processes/services/programs in Distribution Centre (DC) inbound and outbound operations.
   
3. Conduct Logistics Service Provider (LSP) management, which includes contract negotiation, LSP performance management, process optimization and freight audit.
4. Liaise with the freight forwarder/internal departments to plan & monitor shipping schedule.
5. Solves the critical logistics operation issues, interacting with external service providers as well as internal.
   
6. Work with agent to engage each port’s CIQ for product label registration and to stay abreast of changes in government policy that will impact import programs in the future.
7. Coordinate with line manager to manage the classification of tariff code, guiding import and export rules and policies as government regulation, such as Chinese label maintenance, declaration requirement of customs, CIQ and other governments or organizers. And working closely with the China CSR and Global Tax teams to design and program in trade compliance management, to meet businesses’ objectives.
8. Responsible of using analytical tools to analyse data in logistics and supply chain functions.
9. Performs other assigned duties and tasks.

Qualification, skills and experience

1. Bachelor degree preferably in food/chemical engineering or logistics/supply chain background;
2. 5+ years experiences in logistics & supply chain management in food processing industry; have experiences in liquid logistics is a plus.
3. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in process optimization and logistics service provider management. Project management is a plus;
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills;
5. Mastery of MS Office software; especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience in JDE/Maximo system will be a plus;
6. Good command of English & Mandarin in written and oral
