Commissioning engineer 调试工程师

Job description

As a Commissioning Engineer your main job will be to successfully install, maintain, test and commission Auxpac 20 and Auxpac 26 engines for WQDC clients in China.

This will require a great deal of accuracy and a professional standard (i.e. problem solving and quality of work). Compliance with Health and Safety legislation, Quality Assurance and other company procedures is essential at all times.

Collaboration with other colleagues is necessary.

Position: Commissioning engineer-Mechanical, Commissioning engineer-Electrical

Responsibilities

Carry out the commissioning of Auxpac 20 and Auxpac 26 engines at shipyard.

Ensure that the shipyards follow our standards and guidelines thoroughly.

Check and adjust relevant mechanical/electrical and hydraulic systems.

Be Able to create and maintain a positive and motivating working environment.

Good communication and able to deal with different types of people, customer oriented.

Able to handle pressure and make decisions independently when required.

Supervise and support shipyards to commission the diesel engine mechanical/electrical and electronic control systems

Provide internal and external work reports according to WQDC Standards

Requirements

College above or equivalent experience or with recommended, in Electrical Automation or Mechanic Engineering (BSC is advantage).

Experience with 4-stroke or 2-stroke diesel engines is advantage.

Knowing Auxpac 20 or/and Auxpac 26 is advantage.

English language skills (read, write, speech).

First or chief engineer is prior.

Wiliness to travel frequently.

Technical experience is an advantage.

Field service experience is an advantage.

Kindly communication with customer is needed.

检查并调节相关的机械/电气和液压系统

有积级和正确工作态度

良好的沟通能力，能够很好的对待不同类型的人和客户

必要时能够正确的处理压力以及独立处理事务的能力

指导和协助船厂调试柴油发电机的机械/电气和电子控制系统

根据WQDC的标准提供内部和外部的工作报告

要求：

大专以上学历电气自动化或机械工程相关专业（全日制本科相关专业优先）或有相关工作经验；或是被推荐者。

有4冲程或2冲程柴油机工作经验优先

熟悉Auxpac 20或 Auxpac 26 的优先

有英语听说读写能力

领班或工程师优先

能适应经常出差工作

有技术经验背景优先

有维修服务领域工作经验优先

需要能和客户良好耐心沟通的能力的良好的态度
