Job Responsibilities:
- FPI/LPI for core unit and CV line
中间体和CV线的首末件检验。
- Inspection and release recovery parts (DNA line)
检验和放行回收件（拆卸区域）
- Knowledge of the functional principle of the turbocharger, production, qualification and measurement methods. Implement daily quality tests including cleanliness test for turbocharger if necessary.
完成日常质量测试必要时包括涡轮增压器的清洁度试验。
- Process inspection responsibility, including FPI/LPI initial approval
过程检验，包括首末件检验认可
- Product / shipping audit
产品/出货审核
- Quality responsibility, including CMM and lab test supporting
质量职责，包括支持三坐标测量和实验室相关试验
- Nonconforming product control (blocking, concession, pre-release follow up)
不合格品控制（隔离，让步，预放行以及相关的跟踪）
- Result documentation and their filing
完成相关报告并存档

Job Requirements:
- senior college degree, major in mechanical engineering or relative subject
大专学历，机械工程或相关专业
- English language basic skills
英语有简单读写能力者优先。
- Product drawing read
能够阅读产品图纸
- Knowledge of the functional principle of a turbocharger, individual part and whole product
了解涡轮增压器，零件及成品的功能原理
- Knowledge of the production, qualification and basic measurement methods
了解生产、基本测量方法并具有相应的资质
- 3 – 5 years experience in automotive business, focus on process inspection

BMTS was founded in May 2008 and is 50:50 joint venture between Robert Bosch GmbH and MAHLE GmbH. With its headquarters in Stuttgart & production plant in Blaichach of Germany and St. Michael of Austria, it has started production in China as of 2014. Till 2014, global total employee will reach to 570. Company target: Development and production of exhaust gas turbochargers for gasoline and diesel applications.
   Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a fully owned subsidiary of BMTS GmbH, with its headquarters in Shanghai. Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems (BMTS) has founded a wholly owned subsidiary in China, responding to the continued market growth of turbocharged gasoline engines in the country.The headquarters of the company, which is operating under the name Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems (Shanghai). Initially, mainly turbochargers for gasoline engines with swept volumes ranging from 1 to 1.5 liters will be produced for the local Chinese market in a new building comprising 5,000 square meters.　The installed production capacity is reported to amount to more than 2 million turbochargers per year, the start of series production scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2014.
