Responsibility

The job duties of this position is to manage our Asia Pacific business by doing the followings:

l Develop and implement marketing plans and project based activities, ensure effective communication with the customers, maximize revenue and profit in each account.

l To prepare and present to client groups as and when required in relation to business activities, product development.

l Work closely with internal teams (creative, purchasing) to ensure any range of development in line with customers’ expectations in terms of target market, corporate identity, whilst meeting the Group commercial requirements on margin, product and supplier compliance.

l To coordinate with stock control teams to ensure stock levels are maintained in line with the level set by Finance and Account Director.

l To undertake regular review with clients and communicate internally to ensure consistent and high level of customer service is delivered.

l To assist Finance department on smooth running of invoicing and credit control with clients.

l Proactively manage accounts on all areas of the business to maximize business profitability.

l To provide accurate reports as and when required by the client and the business.

Reporting to the Commercial Director in Shanghai and work closely with Account Director in Europe.

Requirements

l Over 5 years’ experience in related trading environment.

l A proactive, ambitious, driven and strong sense of responsibility, positive working attitude, team spirit.

l Degree Holder in Business Management or related disciplines

l Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, ability to communicate in Japanese would be a distinct advantage.

l PC skills, good knowledge of MS Office and ERP system

l Willing & Able to work under pressure
