Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing, enhancing and delivering on HR programs, such as employee relations, compensation, performance development, talent planning, training, recruiting, etc.
2. Strategically work with first line supervisors and leadership to proactively identify and implement HR plans and priorities that enhance overall site performance
3. Responsible for managing the staffing program:
? Manage the hiring proves from creation of the requisition, recruiting candidates, formulating offers, determining compensations and getting approvals while ensuring cultural alignment
? Manage the offer proves: determine offer with the manager, negotiate with the candidates to communicate the offer
? Supervise the on-boarding process, manager labor contracts, intern agreements and labor contract renewal
? Manager the termination process
? Maintain headcount and produce monthly headcount reports for HQ
4. Partner with employees and management to communicate all Human Resource programs, guidelines, procedures, standards, policies, etc.
5. Oversee all compensation and benefit programs for SH:
? Work with HQ HR to manager the annual performance management/ local review program for SH
? Process EANs for any department changes: salary change, employee terminations, employee referrals to corporate management for approval
? Prepare for payroll, CIIC, Stock and Intern’s salary payment (Including Shanghai and Shenzhen)
? Work with CIIC for outsourcing matter
? Work with our insurance broker to make sure the Emplyee Benefit Insurance (EB) and Employer’s Liability Insurance (EL) work smoothly and cost effectively (including Shanghai and Shenzhen)
? Arrange annual physical exam (including Shanghai and Shenzhen)
? Deliver HR policy update from HQ, send out holiday notice
? Local government survey
? Provide certificate with company stamp for employees
HRIS and paper work filing
? Update local HRIS Kayang
? Supervise the paper documentation filing
HR vendor contract
? Review and renew HR vendor contracts at the right time

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree or above graduation with major in Human Resources or related
2. Minimum 7 years’ Human Resource experience with at least 3 years of managerial role. HR experience in high-tech companies will have added advantage
3. Experience in recruiting, compensation, employee relations, strategic planning and corporate compliance programs including legal and regulatory compliance. Knowledge of the Chinese labor market and specific Chinese local legislation on labor law, compensation and benefits issues
4. Ability on interact with all levels of organization, and with strong leadership skills, as well as hands-on and team player
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. An effective coach & mentor
7. Read, write and speak fluent Mandarin and English
