We are European Fashion Trading company( Http://www.spoom.nl) with offices in various countries including shanghai.
We are in need of a Front-Office Reception/General Manager assistant, who is self-motivated and will do what it takes to get the job done. The person we are looking for is someone who aspires to greatness in all that they do, and will soon become an integral part to all office operations, assisting with not only day-to-day tasks. She is the first face to our clients and partners see when they enter the office, so creating a warm welcome and adding to the fun environment is a must. Ability to take on multiple tasks at once is also crucial. The desire to learn more about our industry and to meet each challenge with a smile is crucial to your success .

Main duties:
- Front office reception
- data entry ,file processing using Microsoft Word ,excel,powerpoint,,etc.
- shipment Invoicing and documentation.
- Collections
- Vendor relations
- Office management & organization
- Other - Projects as assigned by manager
Skills / Requirements :
You MUST have:
- basic verbal and written English.
- Excellent Front Office Reception Skills, Answering Phone Lines with courtesy
- 3 years min. work experience with Microsoft Word, Excel,and powerpoint.
- Experience with foreign trade and shipping documentation is an asset.
Important Notes :
We need a fast worker, proficient typist with excellent computer experience.
High work ethics. meticulous attention to details, and stable work history with a minimum of two years with each employer, is a MUST.
The skills and experience listed are vital to our organization and must be met in order to be considered for this position.
