Mission of Function:
1.Personnel Administration
•To work with local and other HR service teams to guarantee high-quality and timely personnel administrative work for
•New hire integration, internal transfer and staff separation process and labor contract registration in government
•Monthly social insurance and housing fund
•Company benefit like EA, SMP, Commercial insurance etc.
•Data maintenance in HR related systems as required
•Payroll related responsibilities incl. data collection, salary report checking, payment support, IIT handling etc.
•C&B information related reports and employee master data reports.
•Hukou application and transfer support
•Foreign affairs like visa, delegation, invitation letter etc.
•Daily employee query handling
2.External/Internal Checking and Coordination
•Vendor management and local government communication
•Audit support
3.Project work
•Support HR service related projects
•Support local projects with HR service information required

Requirement:
1.Proficient in MS Office applications incl. intranet/ internet and HR related applications
2.Business knowledge: Understand organizational culture/ structure; work experience in major international company
3.Location specific HR related regulations
4.Knowledge of country-specifics within HR (Shared services)
5.Project management Experience
6.HRIS application skills; HR function familiarity and execution; HR service and process-oriented mindset
7.Bachelor degree or above, CET-4 or above
8.2-5 HR related working experience , HR shared service experience are preferred
9.A good team player with customer service mindset
10.Result-oriented
11.Good communication skill
