GENERAL DESCRIPTION / JOB PURPOSE

？ To work closely with Sales and Marketing function, and provide immediate, professional and “Premium” linked supports to Sales, business partners and customers with product and application expertise.
？ To work tightly with Huizhou Product Development team, and to take the important role of communication bridge between Sales, customer and CAC team, with excellent understanding about application, customer needs, product expertise as well as internal process and practice.
？ In this capacity, field applications engineers are critical in that they suggest new technology and provide different design approaches that make for top selling products.


MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Travel with Sales to visit customers for understanding projects’, customers’ application well
2. Support Sales do technical presentation and help to answer products or technical related inquires or complains to customers
3. Provide edge technical suggestion and application approach for the projects so as to help Sales win the business base on the know how of specific product
4. Facilitate product training to Sales, distributors, business partners, clients, etc. about products, product applications, new product, etc. in terms of target audience and requirements
5. Collect market data, including competitor’s product information, technical advantage compare with competitors, competitors’ applications for internal Sales and Marketing learning and sharing
6. Well communicate with customers, Sales, and Product Development to ensure the technical solution can meet all’s requirements, as well as company strategy


WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. 5 years above technical related working experience in product applied industries
2. Same or similar product experience is a plus
3. Working as the technical role in Sales or Marketing function is preferred

EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor degree or above with major of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, etc. relative field
2. A wide range of skills and good technology base for products and applications
3. Good communication and presentation skill both in English and Mandarin
4. Good customer service attitude both for external and internal
5. Proficient MS office skills, including Excel, PPT, etc.,
