MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Ensure optimized and timely flow of repairs and accomplishes repairs at all sensor products and electronics
- Provides internal and external technical customer support, if necessary on customer-site
- In cooperation with the Customer Service Representative prepares quotations for repairs and repair reports
to customers
- Compiles monthly repair reports to the Application Engineer and Customer Service Supervisor and includes
suggestions as appropriate
- Provides necessary data to support the development of repair statistics
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Electronics or Automation
- Job experience in similar position desirable
- Experience in trouble-shooting and repair of electronic equipment
- Experience with electronic measurement technologies
- Good oral and written skills of local language
- Basic oral and written English skills
- IT skills (MS-Office, CRM desirable)
