MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

General definition

QUALITY CONTROL
ASSURANCE

This position refers to anticipating and determining quality problems
that might put in risk our quality product reputation and the safety of our
customers, at the same time to keep our customer satisfaction. The main duty
and target for this position is make sure that all the productions that go
thru this department should be ship only if the product accomplish our
regulated quality Standard. At the same time develop solutions to make an
easy and proactive relation with our suppliers.

Detail enumeration

1. Collect and review
certificates, test reports and documents presented by the suppliers, in
accordance to the European Standards before send to Lab implant or Spain
Quality department.

2. Monitor and review
the process status, from the moment the QD is received until the results of
the test are received during the testing or during the revision of the QD.

3.Evaluate, summarize, remark and advice possible solutions in all the
reports related with Quality control requested by ECI.

4.Provide support with the release of the shipments of products to the
merchandisers, that are able to full fill our customer satisfaction and are
according to the European quality standards.

5.
Propose possible solutions to suppliers, to solve problems and
discrepancies when the product fails the lab test and the product need to be
modified.

6. Keep close communication with
Spain quality department and be the technical bridge between the merchandiser
and the quality department or the laboratory to have a common agreement on
the quality standards.

7. Supervise and control the
Golden Samples before production and make sure they will be ready and sent to
the FRI.

8. Report to CM/Merchandiser and BDM with sample comments (sample checking
report).
