Responsibilities:

-Prepares monthly Group, management and JV reports under QAD;
-Prepares finance analysis for monthly BU meeting and board meeting
-Assists on budget and reforecast;
-Monitors JV accrual list, bad debt provision and sales return provision, to ensure the expenses are accurately booked;
-Maintains and monitors JV CAPEX: budget, commitment, realization and process improvement;
-Coordinates month-end closing and year-end closing;
-Coordinates internal and external audits;
-Monitors and coordinates JV Tax: monthly CIT and deferred tax calculation, tax filling related.
-Maintains reconciliation between PRC & IFRS GAAP;
-Provides JV with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities;
-Provides coaching, direction and leadership support to team members in order to achieve business results.

Requirement:

-Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting or finance;
-Experience & knowledge: Minimum 10 years accounting and reporting experience in MNC, supervising experience is preferred;
-Good interpersonal skills
-Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
-Be able to work in fast-paced environment;
-Proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point;
-Good level of English both in spoken and written.
