某知名汽车电子公司诚聘Hardware Engineer

Responsibilities:
Ø Closely work with customer (VW,SGM,PSA…)to well understand new requirement/features (Embedded new functions in module system, Radio Frequency, automotive industrial bus into module system, microprocessor on module system, PEPS, etc) from customer, work out the solutions to achieve the functions.
Ø Based on customer requirements, design automotive module at the pre-set target milestones and time frame, responsible for milestone hit rate from electrical design point of view.
Ø Work with project team members to ensure a good cooperation and project management.
Ø Study, develop, implement, and release of Electronics concept for mass production.
Ø Liaise with suppliers of materials and equipment so that the requirements on functionality and quality are identified and specified for mass-producible parts.

Qualification Requirements:
Ø B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering
Ø 2-4 years of relevant experience in automotive electrical filed development or RF field
Ø Good at Analog circuit design, multi-layer PCB, high speed signal design experience
Ø Knowledge of EMC
Ø Experience with different microcontroller platforms (NEC, Freescale, Renesas) and buses (CAN, LIN, …),
Ø In-depth knowledge of C language
Ø Very good communication skills
Ø Certain people management skills
Ø Fluent written and spoken English language
Ø Able to communicate to people of different levels and backgrounds
