职位描述
Main responsibilities
Responsible for enterprise solution delivery and project management. The role will be partnering to various business functions, store operation/supply chain, finance etc., as well as working in system integration within McDonald’s and with outside partites.
? Lead projects from initiation to close, to deliver effective solutions that meet approved customer and business needs. Accountable for determining and delivering solutions to approved budget and schedule commitments whilst meeting required quality and compliance standards.
? Focus areas include business requirement study, stakeholder management (varies by organization), project progress management, vendor management, risk management and delivery of business benefit.
? Follow established project management standards (PMP/PRINCE2) and lead / contribute to continued development of the project / program management capability.
? Work independently, lead a project team comprise of members from various parties, subordinates, business teams, vendors, remote team members etc.
Requirements
? University degree or above
? Experience in business application project management
? Understanding / experience in either of these business areas: Retail store operation/supply chain, Understanding / experience in either of these technical areas: BI/Datawarehousing/Big Data, EAI(enterprise application integration), ERPe-commerce tech platforms
? Prefer retail industry background, but not mandatory
? Business oriented, strong English communication skill, with a customer focus
? Strong Vendor Management Skill
? Good in people skill in supporting IT team development and business stakeholder management
? Proactive, open minded and willing to take extra accountabilities/ responsibilities
