Key accountabilities: (please also attach detailed job profile):

Quality Assuarance Management
? Define and build sound quality assurance framework and mechanism at national level to support various digital product development projects and field deployement projects.
o This including QA policy, processes, and procedures to support the framework.
o E.g. testing, certification, verification process for all onboarding software products
? Plan and coordinate corresponding end-to-end testing events
o Manage outsourcing partners to conduct the test according to predefined testing plan, scenario, and scripts,
o summarize the test and feedback to corresponding product/project team.
? Manage change and release process and coordinate appropriate deployment window
o Coordinate with APMEA and other IT teams for corresponding software releases.

Project Management
？ Provide project management role in restaurant solution projects from initiating, planning, and executing to closing.
？ Oversee the implementation of the project plan. This includes ensuring that the appropriate project management disciplines are adhered to (e.g., quality assurance, communications plan, change management plan, risk management, issue management, etc.).
？ Collaborate with key customers to ensure client expectations are in-line with project goals and objectives
？ Track the project's progress against the project plan and collectively adjust the project plan to ensure effective completion based on defined project success measures
？ Communicate regularly to key stakeholders on the status of the project

Deployment Management
? Support the new store openning process and IT products/equipment lifecycle management

People/Relationship, Communication Management
? Effectively supervise, manage performance, provide on-going coaching and mentoring to onsite/off-shore outsourcing partners
? Build strong relationships between teams within IT and between IT and related operation and business teams
? Ensure smooth cross functional communication, align and manage expectations among major stakeholders across China market and APMEA regional level
? Ensure smooths collaboration among local and regional product supporting partners and resources

Requirements:
? University degree or above
? Above 5-8 years’ experience in managing retail systems/application/infrastructure
? Corresponding experience in MNCs environment, especially in
o food & beverage or retail related massive field deployment
o and software quality assurance areas
? Familiar with traditional SDLC, Agile methodologies, and ITIL/ITSM
? Strong documentation & presentation skills
? Strong vendor management and project management skills
? Strong communication skills with a customer focus
