岗位职责
Job Functions and Responsibility
1.负责、执行、协调财务稽核、审计、会计工作；
Responsible, execution and coordination of finance and accounts related matters;
2.独立负责财务部门，给下级成员提供引导或支持并监督他们的日常活动；
Responsible for finance department independently, coaching and train subordinates as well as supervising daily works;
3.年度所得税汇算清缴、年检、审计工作；
Responsible for annual tax returns and audit matters;
4.监督执行、维护公司财务管理程序和政策，参与制定年度、季度财务计划；
Supervision the execution of company financial procedures and policies.Participate in yearly and quarterly financial planning;
5.向公司管理层提供各项财务报告和必要的财务分析；
Provide the management with various kind of financial analysis;
6.组织公司的成本管理工作, 进行成本预测、控制、核算、分析和考核，确保公司利润指标的完成。
Responsible for cost and expense management, cost budgeting, control, recording and analysis, in order to meet profit target.
7.生产型出口退税申报工作；
Refund of export duty and tax;

任职资格
Qualifications
1.财务、会计、金融专业全日制本科及以上学历；
Bachelor degree in finance, or accounting and above;
2.在越南外企六年以上财务会计工作及三年以上财务经理工作经验；
At least 6 years of finance working experience in Vietnam foreign company, and 3 years and above as finance manager;
3.熟悉越南金融政策、企业财务制度及流程、会计电算化，精通相关财税法律法规；
Familiar with computerized system, financial procedures and policy, as well as Vietnam finance and tax policy;
4.较强的财务分析的能力，风险识别能力，具备较强的成本管理，风险控制能力；
Good in financial analysis, risk sensitiveness, cost management and risk management;
5.良好的组织、协调、沟通能力和团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力;
Good in organisation, coordination, communication and co-operation. Able to work under stress;
6.熟悉财务软件和EXCEL软件；
Familiar with finance software and Microsoft software, especially Excel;
7.有3年以上制造业经验优先；
3 years and above of manufacturing experience;
8.越南籍华人或中国人优先。
Prefer Vietnam Chinese or Chinese nationality.

长期出差至越南工厂，广宁省下龙市 Vietnam Factory，GuangNing Province, XiaLong City

薪酬 Remuneration：
高于市场薪酬聘请 Higher than market package
