Job Responsibilities:

- Supervision and control of the accounting activities of the external accountant
- Support the Shanghai management in the definition and in the resolution of complex financial and economical aspects
- Control the accuracy and the validity of the monthly and yearly financial and economical results
- Make specific analysis on the revenue and make sure appropriate revenue recognition processes are adopted
- Responsible of the Shanghai entities monthly forecast
- Be able to make variance analysis between actuals and forecast and be able to translate this analysis in actions and suggestion to the management in order to improve the profitability of the shanghai entities
- Support the HQ in analytical analysis and in depth accounting analysis
- Prepare and monitor cash collection and cash forecast predictions
- Make sure reconciliations ( especially bank reconciliations) are properly managed and accurate
- Make sure and control that employees follow the company processes in terms of cost authorization forms, cash handling, payments, travel cost control.


Requirements:
- Bachelor degree and above in finance
- 4-5 years of financial reporting with an international company ( UK GAAP or Italian GAAP knowledge)
- ability of work independently as well as work with a team
- excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
